Here is a guide to help you pack for your trip to New Mexico!

Corrales is a village in Sandoval County, New Mexico, United States. The population was 8,584 at the 2021 Census and is at 5,036 ft (1,535 M) elevation. With proximity to the Rio Grande, the village was founded for agricultural purposes. The Rio Grande Bosque on the eastern edge of the village provides refuge for native animals and plants. The village fights hard to maintain its rural character in light of being surrounded by the rapidly expanding cities of Rio Rancho and Albuquerque. By 1900 Corrales was known for its vineyards and the making of wine because of the climate, much of it by French and Italian families. By the late 1930s, most of the vineyards were gone, replaced by acres of orchards, pastures, and cornfields. Several of these families continue to farm in Corrales today and have revived our beautiful vineyards.  You may find up to eleven different vineyards in our area.
