  • Location is key, and this adobe house is strategically positioned to offer easy access to the beauty of Corrales.

    Most attractions if you'd love to stay in Corrales are a five-minute drive. Or if you are more city-inspired we are still about five minutes from "town".

  • Check-in daily after 3 pm. Access is not allowed any early unless prior approval and communication has been given.

    Check-out daily before 11 am. Late check-out is not allowed unless prior approval and communication has been given. All changes are subject to management and housekeeping schedules.

  • Self-check-in with keypad. A secure and updated code will be available for you the day of your check in and information for obtaining the code will be sent to you and offered on your AirBnB portal or by personal direct message depending on how you have booked your stay.

  • Screening for long-term stays are possible for our professional guests with work contracts that have been extended beyond their original booking that may be longer than 12 months. We do not offer regular, local leases for long-term renters at this time. Our casitas are fully-furnished include utilities and guest perks strictly for those needing a more temporary stay for vacation, corporate or professional stays.

  • Yes! There is no smoking inside the houses. May make an exception for those who confirm they will smoke outdoors only. There are many sitting areas and perches available around the property for outdoor relaxation.

  • Each pet is screened on an individualized basis. We require knowledge and information on each pet, including breed, age, gender, temperament, potty-trained and leash-trained. We do require a small pet fee. To be in accordance with New Mexico’s Fair Housing Act, Service animals will have to show certified proof and documentation. Emotional support animals do not fall under this category per the NM Service Animal Act of 2013 and are not considered service animals.

  • Our Airbnb policy is a moderate cancellation policy: Full refund up to 5 days prior to arrival on most of our Airbnb listings but are subject to change at any time.

  • Each rental has a maximum capacity of 2 people per house. We may accommodate quaint, formal social needs, such as wedding parties, retreats, and gatherings for 10-12 people (2 each room, 1 room has a pull-out queen bed). We do not accommodate house parties or anything that would violate our quiet policy or city ordinances.   • Airbnb phone app or website messaging portal is the quickest way to alert us if you are in need of assistance.

    Depending on who is on-site and on-staff that day we are all able to facilitate help the easiest way possible.

  • We pride ourselves on a professionally clean and sanitary stay for each and every guest. We aim to use non-toxic cleaning products when possible and disinfect all surfaces before each stay. Bedding linens and towels are changed and cleaned after every stay, with attention to detail on all bedding and pillows.
