Morgann is The Healing House Concepts Secretary and works along side Dr. Franco-Chavez as Desert Ritual’s licensed aesthetician & wellness coach, where she blends advanced wellness therapies with a holistic, skin-first approach to aesthetics. With a diverse background spanning advanced aesthetic treatments, wellness and mental health coaching, and integrative wellness therapies, Morgann’s work is rooted in the belief that true skin health is built from within. 

Morgann is certified in the 8 Points of Intrinsic Health through Dr. Zach Bush, a framework designed to reconnect individuals with their body's innate healing capacity through a blend of science, self-connection, and community. She integrates this philosophy into her aesthetic approach while also combining therapies like red light and lymphatic support to encourage collagen production, reduce inflammation, and enhance the skin’s natural healing processes.

Her approach goes beyond traditional aesthetics, focusing on long-term skin integrity, resilience, and whole-body wellness. Preserving and enhancing the skin’s natural beauty isn’t about quick fixes, but about designing daily rituals to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Morgann works with clients to create personalized, results-driven protocols that support both how they look and how they feel.
